3. Delivery

After your purchase, your digital report will be prepared and delivered to your email address as a digital PDF/report.

Most reports are delivered within 24–72 hours. In some cases, delivery may take longer depending on order volume or missing customer information.

Please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct. If you do not receive your report, please check your spam or junk folder first.

4. Customer Information

If your report has not yet been prepared or delivered, we may be able to cancel or refund your order.

If your report was not received due to an email delivery issue, we will resend it to the correct email address.
